Executor and Personal Representative Fee Calculator

Important: This calculator is provided for general informational purposes only. It estimates statutory commissions using the formula contained in 58 O.S. § 527 and is not a determination of compensation in any particular probate proceeding. The statute applies when compensation is not provided by the will or the executor renounces compensation provided by the will. The statutory calculation is based upon the amount of the estate accounted for by the personal representative, excluding property not ranked as assets. A court may also make an additional allowance for extraordinary services as permitted by law. Use of this calculator does not create an attorney-client relationship.
